On tiny Ring Harbour, some ten minutes drive along the water from Clonakilty, Deasy’s is an old-fashioned fisherman’s pub which is home to chef Kaitlin Ruth and her marvellous, inventive approach to cooking. A real gem. Try not to miss it.
