Rachel's Restaurant

A recent addition to the city’s roster of top-class restaurants, Rachel's Resturant is named for restaurateur Rachel Allen, one of Ireland’s best known chefs, authors and food personalities.

Vegetables, fruits and herbs come (where possible) from the organic farm at Ballymaloe House and most of their veg, meat and fish comes from farms and fishermen in the county.
