Stonewell is a craft business making a Medium Dry and Dry cider with apples grown in Counties Waterford, Tipperary & Kilkenny. The cidery is based in Nohoval near Kinsale, County Cork.

As a craft cider, Stonewell is made using only natural ingredients, no additives are used to modify the flavour of the drink but rather the fruit is allowed to dictate the final product. The cider is made on a small scale that endeavours to produce based upon the traditional methods of apple juice fermentation. In short, 100% natural ingredients, 100% Irish provenance of ingredients, Strictly craft principled production.
